Sarah Zaidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and a Master of Science degree in Applied Health Informatics. Currently a clinical graduate student studying Marriage and Family Therapy, Sarah's passion for counseling, psychology, and destigmatizing mental health issues in Muslim communities led her to pursue a certification in Islamic Psychology and Counseling. Recognizing the importance of community engagement, Sarah founded "
sukoonwithsarah" and collaborates with organizations like Kisa Therapy Clinic, SPACE, IMAM, Mufid Academic Seminary, and Shia Muslim community centers across the United States, the UK, and South Asia.
